Fundamentals Bellydance Series (8 Weeks)

Are you ready to explore the captivating world of belly dance? Whether your brand new to dance or looking to refine your foundation, this class is for you!

Starting soon, our 8-Week Bellydance Fundamentals Course will guide you through the essential moves and techniques of this beautiful art form. Each class will build upon the last, allowing you to gradually deepen your understanding and skill.

This course is designed for all levels. Although we start with the basics, each movement can be adapted and refined, making it perfect for beginners and those who want to revisit and strengthen their foundational skills. And with the option for walk-ins, you can join anytime or attend as your schedule allows!

Our classes focus on drilling and mastering the core elements of bellydance so you can concentrate on your technique in a supportive, encouraging environment. Whether you’re taking your first steps or looking to reinforce what you’ve already learned, this course offers the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the fundamentals of bellydance.

This class will continue on rotation for returning students who want to review, build upon, or add to your technique.

Intermediate Bellydance Series (8 Weeks)

Ready to take your belly dance to the next level?
This 8-week intermediate series is designed for dancers who already have a solid foundation and are ready to deepen their technique, musicality, and movement confidence.
 
Each week we’ll explore:
  • Targeted drills to refine technique and build strength
  • Layering exercises to challenge coordination and control
  • Fun, dynamic combinations that feel both juicy and empowering
  • Creative movement exploration that encourages personal style
 
This class emphasizes flow, clarity, and connection to the music while keeping the environment supportive, playful, and inspiring. Expect to sweat, laugh, and leave feeling more confident in your body and your dance.
 
Prerequisites:
This class is recommended for dancers with prior belly dance experience (comfortable with basic isolations such as hip drops, circles, shimmies, and simple traveling steps).
